Access Access to the site is gained from the A4095 Main Road. The site is also easily accessible from the A40 at Eynsham to the south and the A44 at Woodstock to the north Both routes give access to Oxford in about 9 miles as well as more arterial routes throughout the area. Planning Consent The site identified red on page 5 has the benefit of outline planning consent granted on appeal under reference: APP/D3125/W/16/3148400 dated 13 February 2017. Subject to conditions detailed within the appeal decision the outline consent provides for: The erection of up to 120 dwellings and provision of a building for Class D1 use, together with associated works. All matters are reserved for subsequent approval except for access, which is taken from the A4095 Main Road.
