Page 1 of 8 OFFICE OF THE SURVEYOR-GENERAL Pietermaritzburg REPORT - 13 June 2003 As at Friday 13 June 2003 the workflow in the SGO looked like this: DIAGRAMS GENERAL PLANS SECTIONAL PLANS SURVEY RECORDS Total Lodged Packs Dgms Plans Erven Packs Sects EUAs Cad Sect 29 69 5 2123 24 64 128 23 19 Approved 12 39 1 20 11 13 11 13 12 Rejected 6 15 1 291 2 16 2 4 1 Waiting period (Working Days) 10 37 10 The professional staff was examining SG No D 198/2003 and SR No 442/2003. A spate of work was lodged recently without the necessary examination fees or inadequate consents. We have been a very accommodating office in the past and I know the other Surveyor-General Offices would not have tolerated these careless omissions. I feel that this tolerant attitude is being abused. These surveys were sent back without an S G Number. As promised earlier, this is a list of each person's direct line. Please prefix the number with 033-355... For example Malusi Phakahi has a direct number of 033-355-2939.
