Amount of trees shall be determined at one (1) tree planted in front of each lot that has seventy-nine (79) feet or less road frontage. Lots having eighty (80) feet or more road frontage shall have one (1) tree planted for every forty (40) feet of frontage or portion thereof. In lieu of payment trees must be installed prior to occupancy.

The general contractor/permit holder shall be responsible for ensuring that all sub-contractors and others working on site are licensed with the City of St. Peters. NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY It is the policy of the City of St. Peters to comply with the Fair Housing Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq., by ensuring that its zoning and land decisions do not discriminate against persons based on race, color, religion, national origin, disability, familial status or sex. It is also the policy of the City of St. Peters to comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. 12131, et seq., and the regulations implementing Title H., 28 C.F.R. Part 35, by ensuring that its zoning and land use decisions do not discriminate against persons based on disability.
