The owner has to provide NOC from Competent Authority, if required at their own cost. Owners has to provide verified flooring separate toilets for ladies and gents electricity load etc as per requirement of bank. Offers will be valid for a minimum period of 120 days from the last date of submission NO brokerage shall be paid.
