Key Insights The combined launches in the western cities declined by 7% over the previous month on account of a 28% decline in launches witnessed in Mumbai as compared to the previous month Pune and Ahmedabad both witnessed an increase in launches by 11% and 65% respectively over the previous month While prices across Mumbai and Ahmedabad largely remained stable over previous year, Pune saw marginal increase across all localities in the range of 2% to 16% annually News & Deals:.
