Project Summary BACKGROUND: The applicant s signage proposal includes face replacements in an existing nonconforming pylon sign. If in the future the sign structure is changed, any new monument sign would be required to comply with the Design Guidelines. Until that time, the existing sign design is considered legal nonconforming, and face changes are permitted by right as these do not alter the sign structure in any way. Staff has coordinated with the applicant to certify the proposed replacement tenant panels are compliant with all applicable codes and guidelines.
