Arts District Center A proposed mixed-use complex could result in a 12-story tower featuring multifamily residential units, retail space and a hotel. 16. 5th and Seaton Plans call for 218 live/work lofts above 18,400 square feet of retail space, 22,000 square feet of open space and amenities, and parking for up to 225 vehicles in an on-site garage. 17. Palmetto Colyton The project features 310 residential condominiums, 11,375 square feet of retail space, 11,700 square feet of production space and a 394-car garage. The proposed development would rise to a maximum height of 12 stories. 18. Hauser, Wirth & Schimmel Gallery The project at 901 E.
