Partner Portal Partner Portal is a window into what is going on with a landlord s property. From monthly payments to annual HQS inspections, the landlord can find all of their information on line. This also takes a burden off of the housing authority, as the landlord does not have to call every time they need a bit of information. First we will look at how you log into Partner Portal. 1. From the login screen, click on create an account. Within this screen, you must fill in every field that has a red asterisk beside it. After entering all of the information, enter the code at the bottom of the screen and click on save. You will receive an email that your login has been created. Upon approval by the administrator, you will then have access to your resident s information.
3. Upon notification of account approval, you can now begin using OHA s Partner Portal website. To login, enter your user name and password just as you entered it when creating your account, and click login. Remember that your user name and password are case sensitive when logging in.
My Families A list of my families will pop up on the first screen, with some basic information as soon as you login. By clicking on the magnifying glass next to a family, you will see more detailed information about that family.
My Units Click on my units and you will see a list of all the units that are assigned to you. Now click on the magnifying glass next to a unit for more detailed unit information including inspection history.
My Payments My payments allow you to see a history of payments for your properties based check #, Unit and date. By clicking on the arrow next to the check, you will see more detail about that particular check.
My Profile My profile gives you a breakdown of your profile as well as allows you to sign up for the newsletter.
Holds & Abatements Holds and abatements will give a listing of any holds or abatements current or past.
Reports The reports section will show any reports that the Housing Authority have made available to the landlord.
Communications The communications section has three distinct areas. These are Announcements, Forms and Requests. We will address each of these separately. Announcements The announcement section allows the landlord to view any announcements that have been placed on the system by the Housing Authority. Forms The forms section will allow the landlord to download any form that the Housing Authority has placed on the system by simply clicking on the green arrow to the right of the form.
Managing Agent Many housing authority communities have managing agents that may handle a number of properties for more than one landlord. When you login as a managing agent, you will see a list of landlords that are assigned to you. Profile By clicking on the magnifying glass next to the landlord, you will see a profile of the landlord s information contained in Partner Portal.
Families The families section will list the families under a given landlord along with pertinent information. By clicking on the magnifying glass, you can see more detailed information for the family.
Units The Units section lists all of the units under the managing agent. By clicking on the magnifying glass, you can see more detailed information for the unit.
Holds & Abatements Hold and abatements will give you a list of both active holds & Abatements as well as a historical list. Checks The checks section will give a listing of all checks for the landlord you have chosen. By clicking on the arrow next to the check, you can see more detail on that particular check. For additional instructions on using the new Partner Portal, registered users can view the help videos located on the bottom left corner of the Partner Portal website.
