The JB Lattay tract is also known as the Lumberton Nursery and has been used as a tree nursery in the past. A 2250 sq. ft. office building and several storage and cooling buildings, along with a well pump house are included in this property. A mixture of open fields, forests, along with containing a portion of Raft Swamp combined in a rapid area of growth makes this a unique investment property. The tract is identified as tax parcels 2012-01- 00203 and 2016-01-0001. Cities within a 100 mile radius of this tract include: Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, Raleigh, Charlotte, and Florence.
