Acreage The acreage for this lease is based on the tillable acreage. Cash Rent Payment The cash rent shall be due in full on or before March 15, 2017. Limestone Landlord shall pay for lime and application. Ag Program Payment Tenant to receive 100% of the USDA direct program payment for the corresponding lease year. Maintenance Tenant shall keep the farmland, including soils and otherwise, in good condition. Landlord will ensure access to all tillable acreage.
