If provided with all of the information requested below, it is not uncommon for us to be able to complete the application review process in just one business day. Each legal adult must complete an application. If an occupant will not be responsible for the lease and their income or credit will not be used for qualification purposes, they will not be charged the application fee but must still fill out an application so that a criminal background check may be conducted. All applicants must provide photocopy of Drivers License or US Government ID card. If not a US citizen, you must provide photocopy of legal right to reside in US such as a green card/permanent resident card. Additional information that needs to be included with application if you will be responsible for the lease: A copy of most recent paystub or verifiable proof of income. Copies of your 3 most recent bank statements. Any additional information you wish to be considered. Some notes about our properties that you should know before applying: We require proof of Renter's Insurance within seven days of move-in. We do not allow smoking inside any of our properties. If pets will be kept on premises, the pet must first be approved and you must provide a color picture of each animal. 15. Acknowledgement & Representation: a. Notice of Landlord's Right to Continue Showing Property: I understand that this is not a lease or an offer to rent. No binding obligation of any kind exists between the Landlord and myself unless and until a lease is signed. This Application is subject to prior Applications. Landlord will continue to market and show the property until a lease is signed by all parties. b.
