Across the piazza from our namesake, the Pantheon, are our administrative offices and several classrooms. The Piazza del Collegio Romano centre features additional classrooms and studio spaces. Architecture students spend many an afternoon sketching designs under the vaulted ceilings of the Via della Gatta Architecture Studio. Students live in well-appointed apartments in the historic centre in the Trastevere quarter, ensconced in rooftop terraces and lush gardens. Support and Services Service and Quality The Pantheon Institute is selective and accepts a limited number of applicants, hosting between twenty-five and seventyfive students each semester. Our campus of buildings is one of our greatest assets, allowing us to provide students with an incomparable level of personal attention and an intimate and rewarding study abroad experience. The Institute staff offers comprehensive service support to students from the moment they enter the country until the time of their departure. Our student services team of energetic and dedicated professionals, works hard to provide a safe and positive experience for every student in the program. Staff members are always available to provide support for cultural enrichment and explorations, ensuring that each student enjoys an extraordinary academic and personal experience in Rome Health and Safety The health and safety of our students is Pantheon Institute s top priority: our staff maintains a 24-hour emergency hot line at all times throughout the semester. Pantheon staff members are also in regular contact with local authorities and US government offices. Rome has an extensive international medical community, enabling us to offer round-the-clock access to English-speaking doctors. In case of illness, injury, or any other health or safety issue that requires attention, we have protocols in place that ensure swift and reliable service and assistance. Orientation Upon arriving in Rome, students participate in a comprehensive orientation session designed to acclimate them to their surroundings and provide them with essential information about living in Italy. Students are introduced to the Institute facilities and given practical and historical tours of the city to learn about local stores, the post office, transportation, academic program, buying books and supplies, safety and security, getting around Rome and Italy, and making the most of their study abroad experience. This orientation is designed to provide students with the necessary foundation for their academic studies and future cultural explorations. Rome is serviced by two major airports, the largest train station in Europe, and a network of buses, trams, and subways. Furthermore, central Rome is accessible on foot from student apartments and the Pantheon Institute facilities.

Students often travel by train or plane to many different destinations on the European continent and beyond. On a sunny spring morning or brisk autumn afternoon, there is nothing as delightful as traversing it by foot, taking in the spectacular sites and pausing for the occasional sip of cool fresh water in the City of Fountains. the life Rome has been referred to as the City of Fountains with more than 1000 spraying throughout the city. One of the most popular, the Trevi Fountain, carries traditional folklore that promises a return to Rome if you toss a coin over your shoulder into it.
