5 JHANSI CANTONMENT BOARD (AN AUTONOMOUS BODY) Govt of IndIa, Ministry of Defence Evaluation Criteria Bid process Criteria (EOI Stage) for selection of Bidders to Develop, Finance, Build, Operate and maintain "SHOPPING MALL WITH MULTIPLEX, FOOD COURT & F.E.C" on Build- Operate Transfer (BOT) basis for a period of 30 years under Public Private Participation (PPP) Mode at Sy. No.136/37 MG Road, Sadar Bazar Jhansi Cantt, Uttar Pradesh Pradesh Stage-I: Invitation of EOI Expression of interest (EOI) is invited in prescribed format for understanding the response from the investors. Stage-II: Short listing of EOIs Criteria: Firms having relevant experience in owning / Operating Shopping malls with Multiplex/ Commercial Complexes / Family Entertainment Centers / Urban Entertainment Centres etc. Tie ups with renowned National / Global Players in owning / Operating shopping Malls with Multiplex/ Commercial Complexes / Family Entertainment Centers / Urban Entertainment Centres etc. Are also considered as relevant experience. (Relevant Tie-up Letters should be enclosed) Investment capabilities will be assessed basing on the current business turnovers for the last 3 years and net worth computed from the Balance Sheets. (Audited Balance Sheets, For the relevant years should be enclosed). Applications without required information or enclosures are liable to be rejected. Note: 1. RFP documents will be issued to the short-listed EOIs at a cost. 2. Bid process criteria for RFP document will be issued along with RFP document. 3. The applicants submitting 'Expression of Intrest' Document should furnish a Demand Draft for Rs. 2,000/- in favour of the Chief Executive officer, Cantonment Board, Jhansi payable at Jhansi (U.P.). 4. The last date for the submission of EOI Documents is by 5.00P.M. 5. Jhansi Cantonment Board reserves the right without any obligation or liability to accept or reject any or all the 'EOI's at any stage of the process, to cancel or modify the process or any part there of or to vary any of the term and conditions at any time, without assigning any reason.

6 JHANSI CANTONMENT BOARD (AN AUTONOMOUS BODY) Govt of IndIa, Ministry of Defence Details of the Land & Proposed Location The proposed land is located on Sy.No.136/37 on main MG Road, Sadar Bazar Jhansi Cantt facing three side roads, on south side road 9.20M bitumen road and path way on both side, on eastern side 6.30M wide and on western side M way and on northern side open land at some of the places. The plot area of land is 0.50 acres. The proposed built-up area shall be about 60,000 Sqft which may vary as per direction of Cantonment Board Jhansi. Approximate estimated project cost is Rs Crores. Envisaged Concept Cantonment Board Jhansi (JCB) invites Expression of interest with proposed concept from reputed developers with proven track record for the selection of private partners to Develop, Finance, Build Operate and Maintain 'SHOPPING MALL WITH MULTIPLEX, FOOD COURT &FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE (FEC)' on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis for a period of 30 years under Public Private Participation (PPP) Mode, AT Sy. No.136/37 MG Road, Sadar Bazar Jhansi Cantt, Uttar Pradesh. MG Road is in the heart of Sadar Bazar all around Army and Jhansi Nagar Nigam most potential 'Commercial & Trading Centre'. The proposed location is in the midst of Cantt area. The proposed location is about 3.0 Kms, from Jhansi Railway Station, 2.0 Kms from Bus Stand Jhansi. The proposed main project component are Shopping Mall with Multiplex, Food Court & Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) and of Parking in basement floor. This Project is envisaged as Retail Mall with Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment Components.
