Cannot already be a homeowner or named on a mortgage, or be able to provide evidence that your name has been, or is in the process of being, removed. How does MyChoice HomeBuy work? The loan received through MyChoice HomeBuy has an annual interest charge of 1.75% applied per annum. This will change annually by an amount incorporating any change in the Retail Price Index (RPI) plus an additional 1%. This charge will account for any change in the cost of living that has occurred during the previous 12 month period. There is no additional MyChoice HomeBuy loan repayment requirement for as long as you are resident in the property.
