3 Who is our Customer? Well informed, educated South Africans (LSM 7+) wishing to make decisions with the advantage of hindsight who understand that a property is more than just a Home. We focus on residential property in the LSM 7+ range generally working with buyers however, in the past we have been contracted by the seller to assist in managing a quicker sale allowing for a realistic price based on transparency and due diligence. It is also important to note that there is no real distinction between a Buyer and a Seller other than timing. The ideal scenario would be working with Real Estate Companies. We remain independent and unencumbered by exclusive agreements, although we do believe Inspections will gain momentum and thus the real estate industry will find companies like IPI invaluable moving forward in the SA property market particularly where trust is a valuable public relations tool. In respect to the rental industry, land lords wishing to avoid conflict over opinion and thus avoid consumer protection act issues when releasing deposits are inclined to use our services. Our Independent and impartial nature make us perfect as a 3 rd party uninvolved in outcomes. Main Services IPI examines and inspects residential and commercial property with a view to discover patent defects prior to transfer, and occupation providing all parties with an unbiased independent visual report thus establishing, transparency and integrity with regards to the process of due diligence.

5 Partnership Criteria Agency Selection Criteria The following is a general guideline, which may determine the suitability of an applicant to become a qualified IPI Agency. Self starter Methodical and observant Positive and independent Basic computer skills. A strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy Entrepreneurial nature Unencumbered capital whilst business is developing IPI (3) Day Training Programme For the sake of convenience the initial training takes place on a Friday, Saturday & Sunday Prior to the Agency commencing operation, initial training will be given by the company. Business Skills Legal & Contracts Sales and Marketing APEX Inspection Software
6 Time to Invest in You To ensure fairness to those entering business for the first time, we would like to make participation easier with less risk on your part. Although the initial fee for an IPI Consultant Agency is R 39, ex vat you are only required to settle the training fee upfront, which is R 4, ex vat The balance of R 35, ex vat is due within 48 hours upon completion of the training course, if you wish to move forward. The fee covers; IPI operational license for region Ownership of IPI band mechanism IPI corporate identity 3 day full induction training Access to IPI proprietary software (APEX ) Ongoing business support & mentorship Travel Rebate If you re flying in from another region in south Africa upon signature we offer a R discount to cover travel and accommodation costs.
7 Brand Management Fee (BMF) The Agency is required to pay the company a fixed monthly management fee of R monthly (linked annually to the CPIX) for the on-going use of the software, Internachi membership and website maintenance * No royalty fees are payable to the company Infrastructure Required Due to the nature of this business, the agency will not be required to have commercial premises, and thus the Agency will be entitled to operate this business from a home office. The Agency holder will require: A home office Computer & internet access Basic inspection equipment (Available from any Builders Warehouse) Dedicated business telephone line Suitable Vehicle Broad Band Internet Access (Hi Speed)

Competitive Advantage The possibility of competition emerging in the market place is very limited at present. In the event of future local involvement, the company does not see any challenges since the available market is so large that any competition would merely stimulate the demand for property inspection services. This would pre-empt coexistence within the industry in order to uphold and maintain the highest possible standard.
9 Agency Set-Up Upon completion of due diligence from both parties, the investor will be required to pay the Agency a deposit of (R4, ) ex vat of the initial fee to secure the territory license after which the IPI Agency Agreement will be ed to you for your perusal. Book online Dates for 2018 (JHB) Training takes place every month in Johannesburg at the Protea hotel in Sandton. Dates available upon request. Generally & for purposes of effective training facilitation IPI will only accept and train 12 new Agencies per training session, and thus the booking of initial training is essential.
