2 The Project has been extended to June 30, Project implementation is generally progressing according to plan. Building renovations have been completed for almost all local offices as well as the central office. The systematic registration processes and cadastre reconstruction (CR) have been completed for 159 cadastral zones (CZs). Implementation of the IT system Kosovo Land Information System (KCLIS) is complete in all Municipal Cadastral Offices (MCOs) except the three municipalities in the north. The national Geoportal is operating and has seen a surge in the number of users in Donor communication and coordination remains good and the project coordination office (PCO) is managing all activities efficiently.
