To help protect this value and to help maximize your own potential from participating, we ask that each participant/recipient sign this agreement. Understand that we will be providing you with many tools and strategies for maximizing the effectiveness of your marketing, property acquisitions through better and more real world negotiating strategies and setting your business goals. As an attendee/recipient, you agree to not disclose private information, financial data, strategies and information that may otherwise be proprietary to our system. * * * By agreeing to do the following, you allow us to share with you our most powerful strategies: 1. 4 4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: Attendees/Recipients agree that they will comply with all federal and state laws and regulations applicable to their business. Attendee/Recipient agrees to indemnify and hold Real Estate Money, LLC & Marko Rubel harmless from any loss, cost, expense, or damage incurred by Real Estate Money, LLC & Marko Rubel as a result of Attendee s/recipient s failure to comply with such laws and regulations or as a result of the acts or omissions of Attendee/Recipient or their agents, including without limitation any fees or penalties assessed or claimed by any governmental authority, and all legal fees or expenses incurred by Real Estate Money, LLC & Marko Rubel in the defense or settlement of any such assessment claim or other enforcement proceeding. ATTENDEE/RECIPIENT MUST UNDERSTAND AND COMPLY WITH FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS REGARDING CALL SYSTEMS AND MARKETING MATERIALS! Attendee/Recipient understands and agrees that they are responsible for compliance with any and all Federal, State and local laws and regulations directed towards Voice, Fax or Broadcast, including Telemarketing. NON COMPETE WITH COMPANY: Attendees/Recipients agree and understand that Real Estate Money, LLC is in the business of providing educational services for investors interested in the real estate investment business. Attendees/Recipients agree that for one year following the event, s/he will not have ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in any competing business and will not engage in any business similar to the Real Estate Money, LLC s business in any state in which the Company does business, either directly or indirectly, on his or her own account, on behalf of any individual or entity, or cause any individual or entity to compete with Company. However, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Attendees/Recipients from doing their own Real Estate Investing business and Real Estate Money, LLC & Marko Rubel will not attempt to interfere with Attendees property buying, selling and renting business, and/or right to work in the Real Estate industry in any other manner or fashion other than that prohibited by this agreement. Since the damages from such acts as described in this section of this agreement may be difficult to determine therefore a court of law may find it difficult to impose a penalty or order injunctive relief Attendees/Recipients agree that should they violate the provisions of this section of this agreement Real Estate Money, LLC shall be immediately entitled to liquidated damages in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00). 6. NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE GIVEN: Attendees/Recipients agree and understand that Real Estate Money, LLC & Marko Rubel, or any of its representatives do not claim to be Attorneys or Certified Public Accountants and that nothing said or information given at this event shall be construed as legal, tax, or accounting advice. Attendees/Recipients understand and agree that he or she is hereby advised and should seek the counsel of a qualified Attorney or Certified Public Accountant concerning any related matter they may hear or see at this event and in their business.
