Appointments will be made in the order in which we receive Registrations of Interest and Deposits. INSPECTION The Martha Cove Sales Centre is open for Buyers to attend and review the lots along with making any enquiries about purchasing land on Brindabella Point. The Sales Centre is open 7 days a week from 10am 4pm or via appointment and is located on the corner of Anchorage Avenue & Harbourside Esplanade. REGISTRATION OF INTEREST Along with submitting a Registration of Interest form, a $5,000 Refundable Deposit is required to reserve your interest on Brindabella Point. Due to the limited amount of lots, Buyers are advised to nominate any lots they are interested in on the Registration of Interest form in preferred order to increase the chances of securing a lot.
