Bruzzese, Jr. A complete list of all properties to be offered, including minimum bids, will be published in the Steubenville Herald Star newspaper on Saturday, November 25, 2017 and Saturday, December 2, This same information and the complete list of properties will be available on the Jefferson County website: PLEASE NOTE: Taxes on property you may be interested in bidding on may have been paid in full just prior to the sale or on the actual day of the sale. An updated list of parcels will be available at the sale. Be certain to bring a valid photo ID and arrive at the Courthouse at least 60 minutes before the start of the sale to register with the Treasurer s Office, located on the 1 st Floor of the Courthouse, and receive your bid number.
