The investigation fee shall be 50% of the fee established by separate action by the Weld County Board of County Commissioners. In no event shall the investigation fee exceed the amount set by separate action by the Board of County Commissioners. The payment of such investigation fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of the Weld County Code in the execution of the work, nor from any other penalties prescribed within the Weld County Code Revised 01/01/2018
