These committees are comprised of the best and brightest members from all over Michigan, said Bill Milliken, 2013 MAR President. The MAR will rely on them this year to guide us on matters of public policy, political involvement, and real estate education issues. About 18 months ago work started on the Northern Great Lakes Realtors MLS (NGLRMLS), a MLS merger between CMAR, Traverse Area Association and North Eastern Michigan Association to form a regional MLS. Since then a corporation has been formed, governing documents have been created and approved by NAR, MLS conversion from all 3 MLS s is complete and in Beta testing. Your sellers will have exposure to 900 +/- agents, your listings will be syndicated on sites such as Point 2, ListHub, Realtor.com, Homes.com and more. A complete list is available upon request. A robust and competitive public facing website is scheduled to launch around the same time as the MLS. All three of the current websites will send anyone searching for property information to the NGLRMLS site. Currently there is an average of 65,000-70,000 unique visits per month with the 3 websites combined.
