College Office of the Principal 10, K.N.C Road, Barasat, Kolkata Memo No: 506 dt: AUCTION SALE NOTICE Sealed bids are hereby invited from the bonafied auctioneers for the dismantled materials i.e, as per list enclosed put to Auction Document as is where basis is lying in the backside corridor/verandah of Barasat Govt. College campus obtained from different departments of the college. All bidders should submit their bid after inspecting the auction materials. The bidding application must be accompanied by the non-refundable attested Xerox copy of essential documents e.g Trade License, Vat Registration Certificate, Professional Tax, PAN documents and documents in support of their experience in similar nature of work in Govt. or undertaking department with the completion certificate for getting permission to participate in the Auction. 1. Collection of bidding application: to be downloaded from from Date of dropping Sealed Bid Document along with all attested documents in the Tender Box Kept in the College: (up to 3:00 pm) 3. Opening of Sealed Bid: (up to 3:00 pm) 4. Time allowed for removal of the auctioned article is: 7 (seven) days from the date of issue of lifting work order. 5. The list of dismantled articles is enclosed herewith. Terms and conditions: 1. The bidder should quote their bid price in figure and words in specific bid paper downloaded from College website ( All bidders must inspect all auction materials lying in the college in any working days within working hours, before quoting their bid amount. No complain will be entertained after auction sale. 2. For the computer / electronic related materials the bidder must be authorized vendor. 3. The intending bidder will have to submit bidding application along with attested copies of valid S.T.C.C, P.T.C.C, Vat registration, Trade license, PAN documents, Professional Tax etc for getting permission to participate in the auction sale. The bidders should quote their bid amount in prescribed format, which will be issued by College office on above-mentioned date, and should submit bid in a sealed envelope on above mentioned schedule and place. 4. The successful bidder will have to deposit full bid amount (accepted highest) within stipulated time as per acceptance of bid. 5. The successful bidders will have to lift the auctioned materials at his/her own cost within stipulated time as per lifting order and for any type damage incurred or obstruction bidder will be liable. 6. The Principal, Barasat Govt. College reserves the right to withdrawal of auction sale and reject any or all the bids without assigning any reasons thereof.
