All classes through January 23 rd are cancelled. Class will begin on January 25 th. My plan is to make up the missed time and material, with alternative class periods to be scheduled later in the semester. These additional classes will be recorded to help resolve any scheduling conflicts. Professor Annecoos Wiersema may help teach these make up sessions, which will focus on international wildlife law. Evans Ave. Attendance Policy: In accordance with ABA Standards, the law school requires that I have an attendance policy providing that I reserve the right to refuse to allow a student to take the final exam if the student has failed to attend 80% or more of the 28 class periods (i.e. you have to attend at least 22 of the 28 classes). Accordingly, I will take attendance at the beginning of each class. Grading: Your final grade will consist of a final exam (80%) and a short analytic paper (20%).
