5 90-Day Refund Policy Locators, Inc. offers all clients a (90) ninety-day period of our services. This (90) ninety-day term allows our customers to use the property search services with minimum risk. Rental listings may be acquired by either visiting any of our office locations or by viewing and printing them from our customer support website at If at the conclusion of your (90) ninety-day service you were unable to obtain a rental property and move, you may submit your request for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and mailed to LOCATORS, INC. REFUND DEPT CONCORD PIKE BOX 102 WILMINGTON, DE Absolutely no refunds will be considered before (90) ninety-days.
