2 Introduction This policy and procedure covers the various aspects of housing management Community Lives Consortium undertake in its role as managing agent in partnership with various registered social landlords. The aim of this policy is to ensure high quality provision of housing services and support for the Tenants we support in respect of their tenancy to live in their homes.
