Ghost Town has been purchased by a Maggie Valley resident who plans to have some part opened this summer 2012, and the balance in 2013season. About 3.5 miles to Cataloochee Ranch Lodge, and another mile or two down to: Cataloochee Ski Lodge - Approximate 15 miles to Cherokee and Harrods Casino 30 minutes to Asheville 90 miles from Knoxville appx. 2 ½ hours from N Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC appx. Deferred Maintenance Appears in rather good condition. Owner states she makes every effort to stay on top of maintenance. Property can be expected to look its worst this time of year having come through winter. Even though our winter in WNC has been wonderfully mild, snow and cold wise, we seem to have had more severe winds than usual. Keep this in mind as you review the photos we made.
