This qualification has been developed with the support of the Office of the NSW Valuer General, the NSW Office of Fair Trading and the Australian Property Institute. While focusing on the skills required for working professionally as a property valuer, the course will also provide you with the background preparation for a number of specialised areas of valuation practice. The degree will develop your ability to explore ideas, think critically, and operate professionally and responsively in an increasingly complex operating environment. GAIN YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT LICENCE AND BECOME A REAL ESTATE AGENT CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) This course will prepare you for a career in real estate and focuses on the skills you need to sell, market, lease or manage real estate and property at a supervisory level within a real estate office or property practice.
