ABR is conferred by the Real Estate Buyer s Agent Council (REBAC). CRS The Certified Residential Specialist designation, offered through National Association of Realtors (NAR) denotes an agent who specializes in residential real estate. Only about 3% of the members of NAR have earned this designation. Network/Team: I employ a full time assistant as well as office support staff. Staff are available every day and evening.
