2 Overall Risk Rating -- Moderate Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project closing date was extended to March 30, 2016 in order to fully support the new registration services being developed by the State Unitary Enterprise for Registration of Immovable Property. The farm land restructuring has been a success with 120,000 land use rights certificates for individual and family dekhan farms issued, against a target of 112,000; with 40% issued to women.
