As a member of the SVN Asset Recovery Team (SVNART) Connie represented regional banks and lenders in the disposition of troubled loans and foreclosed properties. Locally, Connie works with landlords and tenants leasing retail and office properties in Lexington, MA. Under her direction the firm sold land, industrial, retail, and office properties in Eastern Massachusetts.
