2 Stuart Skaug Senior Associate Cara olan Associate Jake Bigby Associate Team Member Roles Introduction to our team Stuart Skaug Stuart co-leads the Skaug/olan/Bigby Portland Industrial brokerage team and is a 6 year CBRE veteran. Stuart is accountable for providing strategic advisory service to owners and occupiers of corporate real estate, and managing a host of CBRE and other resources to help deliver relevant, client-centric execution of performance objectives. Tenants, investors/landlords, and owner-users all rely on his experience in selling and leasing property throughout the Oregon marketplace. With his strategic perspective bolstered by regular collaboration with CBRE company leadership, including serving on the 14-member CBRE ational Industrial Advisory Council, Stuart has a proven ability to harness the vertical service capability of CBRE on behalf of the team s clients. During 2008, in recognition of his commitment to business ethics and passion for a relationship-based approach to the real estate profession, Stuart was selected by his Portland peers as the recipient of the CBRE McCarthy Award. In 2009 he was included in the Portland Business Journal s Forty Under 40, and is consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, which is annually awarded to the Oregon market s top 10 most active industrial brokers. Cara olan Cara co-leads the Skaug/olan/Bigby Industrial brokerage team in the Portland CBRE office. Cara has successfully represented landlord s, tenants and owners of industrial properties in the Oregon and SW Washington area for 6 years. With an emphasis on unparalleled market information, client goals and strategic practices, Cara consistently gets results for her clients. Cara is a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award as well serves as chair to the Commercial Association of Realtors Education Committee, is a AIOP Future Leader Committee Member and a member of the Metro Brownsfields Advisory Committee. A native of Oregon, Cara has received her Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University. Jake Bigby Jake joined the Skaug/olan/Bigby Team after a successful time as a Business Manager for an engineering firm that handled industrial process controls. Jake is a Pacific W native and is a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Finance and Marketing. Jake greatly assists the team in his role as the lead for maintaining the extensive team database as well as business development. In addition, Jake works on transactions alongside Stuart and Cara.
