3 FINAL MAP 1 ST SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST Receipt of a tract or parcel map package does not constitute its acceptance as a complete submittal until an officer of the City determines that all items necessary to process the map have been submitted. Verify each item is included in submittal package and check box or mark N/A if not applicable. Applicant City FEES 1. Final Map Analysis Fee is based on number of lots. See current fee schedule. Note: Map checks that go beyond four (4) checks will be charged an additional hourly rate. 2. Drainage, Landscaping, and Lighting Maintenance District processing fees. See Conditions of Approval for applicable annexation. See current fee schedule. Separate checks are acceptable. SUBMITTAL ITEMS 3. Three (3) copies of the Final Map for checking. Example map will be provided upon request. 4. One (1) copy Closure Calculations for all closed figures including lots, blocks, center line loops, boundaries, etc. 5. One (1) copy of the tentative map conditions, complete with approval letter, from the Planning Commission. 6. One (1) copy of the tentative map, stamped approved by the Planning Commission. 7. One (1) copy of the Preliminary Subdivision Guarantee/Report, not older than 60 days. 8. Print of Final Map showing all existing easements within the subdivision drawn in red. 9. Print of Final Map showing APNs, and all proposed/conditioned Easements, Cut Fill Slopes, Fire Department Turnarounds, No Parking Fire Lanes, and Reciprocal Access Easements shown in red. List easements on tracking sheet (page 4) and see easement submittal check list (page 5). Easement submittals required by the second submittal of the Final Map. 10. Name and annotate all streets within and adjacent to the subdivision on the map. See Engineering Design Guidelines for the policy and procedures for street naming. 11. Where ownership is other than an individual, legal authorization for signing the map must be provided. 12. Where there is a Bank Subordination, provide a letter, on bank letter head, listing who can sign. 13. Assessor s Map page, highlight the boundary of proposed tract. 14. County Field Book pages, CSB maps as referenced on the final map. 15. Record maps that border the subdivision or referenced in the survey. 16. Private Easement Documents within the subdivision. 17. All Grant Deeds for the subdivision and adjacent to the subdivision, unless subdivided by a map. 18. Any court cases or wills that resolve conflicts with the boundary, property or ownership. 19. Any other documentation or data necessary to establish the map boundary. 20. One (1) executed Financial Interest Disclosure form. (See page 2) Page 3 of 8
4 REQUIRED EASEMENT TRACKING SHEET List all required offsite easements, Road Deeds, Fire Department Turnarounds, and Cut/Fill Drainage Acceptance required for the project. These items are required for second submittal of the Final Map. This check list will be used for tracking purposes, and may be added on to by the City.
