1 TENDER NOTICE CIDCO of Maharashtra Limited, through the process of E-tendering invites ON LINE Item rate percentage tenders from experienced agencies, firm, company, co-operative society (Joint Venture/Consortium are permitted) and PAP s who have carried out mechanized cleaning, security arrangements and electrical maintenance work at Skywalk, Railway Stations/ platforms, Ports, Airports, Bus Terminus, Public Sector Unit (PSU), Recognized Govt. Hospitals, Metro rails and other Govt./Semi Govt. Departments, etc. for the works mentioned below: Sr. No. Description Details 01 Name of Work Comprehensive maintenance, such as providing round the clock security arrangements, mechanical cleaning and sweeping and maintenance of electrical fittings & fixtures, escalators including all consumables at Pedestrian Skywalk at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. 02 C.A. No. 06/CIDCO/SP/CE(SP)/ SE(TP-III)/ EE(BPR-I)/ Estimated Cost (Rs. in Lacs) EMD Rs. 1,62,500/- (Rupees One Lac Sixty Two Thousand and Five Hundered only) 05 Contract Period 3 (Three) years 06 Cost of Tender document Rs.5,000/- (Non Refundable) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 1) Pre-qualification On-line submission shall be accompanied by attested copies of a) Sales Tax Certificate (MVAT) b) Income Tax Permanent Account Number.

2 2) Experience of having successfully completed works during the last 5 (Five) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which application are invited: (a) One similar completed work of costing not less than the following; i) Security arrangement Rs lacs. ii) House keeping Rs lacs. iii) Electrical Maintenance works Rs lacs OR (b) Two best similar completed works adding to total cost not less than the following: i) Security arrangement Rs lacs. ii) House keeping Rs lacs. iii) Electrical Maintenance works Rs lacs OR (c) Three best similar completed works adding to total cost not less than the following: i) Security arrangement Rs lacs. ii) House keeping Rs lacs. iii) Electrical Maintenance works Rs lacs 3) Average Annual Turnover: The average annual turnover of last three financial years should be equal to or greater than Rs Lacs. 4) Joint venture/consortium are permitted. Notes : 1) For Pre-qualification on-line submission shall be accompanied by attested copies of Registration Certificate (if available), valid Bank Solvency Certificate, Sales Tax Certificate (MVAT), Income Tax Permanent Account No., List of works & it s magnitude, executed in last five years along with work completion certificates, list of works in hand & documents pertaining to joint ventures/consortium. The applicant should also produce original documents for verification if called for. Failure to attach necessary documents with application will render applicant ineligible for purchase/downloading of blank tender without any intimation.

3 2) Application received, as Joint venture/consortium should submit MOU and should also specified lead member of such arrangement and the authorization letter to this effect. Maximum members in this arrangement 3 Nos. only. 3) PAP should produce the copy of certificate issued by special Land Acquisition Officer, Metro Centre, Navi Mumbai. 4) Tender Documents shall neither be sent nor received by Post/Courier. 5) Right to issue tender documents is reserved with CIDCO. CIDCO reserves right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons and the same shall be at the entire discretion of CIDCO. CIDCO s decision in this regard shall be final & binding. 6) Conditional tenders will be summarily rejected. 7) The offer shall remain valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days from the date of submission of tender. 8) The agencies eligible on the basis of CIDCO s registration & having fixed EMD with CIDCO will have to enclose the valid EMD exemption certificate in appropriate amount issued by CIDCO. In case the agency who have fixed EMD for an amount less than required EMD, will have to pay the balance amount of EMD, In remaining cases the eligible contractor has to pay full EMD, as prescribed in the Tender Document. 9) Tender Price Money of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) will be accepted by Cash / Demand Draft only, drawn in favour of CIDCO Ltd. payable at Navi Mumbai and copy of the receipt shall be uploaded before purchase of tender.
