1 111 EC PROVINCE OF ESTIMATE OF CURRENT EXPENDITURE FISCAL YEAR This Council in Committee, having under consideration the Estimates of Current Expenditure required carry on the Public Service of the Province for the Fiscal Year ending March 31, 2015, and amounting in all the sum of One Billion, Five Hundred and Ninety Million, Five Hundred and Sixteen Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($1,590,516,300.00) gether with a sum sufficient for similar expenditure, carry on the Public Service of the Province from the expiration of the Fiscal Year ending March 31, 2015 up and until the final passage of the Current Estimates for the Fiscal Year ending March 31, 2016, it was and is hereby recommended that the Current Estimates be approved by His Honour, the Lieutenant Governor of the Province of Prince Edward Island, and be presented the Legislative Assembly during the present session thereof. EC EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ACT MINISTER OF TOURISM AND CULTURE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT (FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, TERRITORIAL, MUNICIPAL AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING CONCERNING THE CULTURE STATISTICS STRATEGY PROJECT FOR FISCAL YEAR ) WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA Pursuant clause 10(a) of the Executive Council Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-12 Council authorized the Minister of Tourism and Culture enter in an agreement with the Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Canadian Heritage, set out terms and conditions for continued funding of the Cultural Statistics Strategy Project for the period April 1, 2014 March 31, 2015, such as more particularly described in the draft agreement.

2 112 EC FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT SPECIAL WARRANT (SUPPLEMENTARY EXPENDITURE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013/14) DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT, LABOUR AND JUSTICE Pursuant subsection 37(1) of the Financial Administration Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. 15 125 EC APPLICATION TO LEASE LAND BEDEQUE FARMS LTD. Pursuant section 5 and clause 5.3(1)(b) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission Bedeque Farms Ltd. of Summerside, Prince Edward Island acquire, by lease, an interest in a land holding or land holdings of up one thousand, one hundred and five (1,105) acres of land as part of the said corporation's aggregate land holdings PROVIDED THAT the said Bedeque Farms Ltd. files a statement with the Island Regulary and Appeals Commission within one year of the date of this Order and prior 31 December in every subsequent year disclosing the parcel number, the acreage and the term of lease for each parcel leased during the reporting period covered by the statement. EC APPLICATION TO LEASE LAND MACAULAY FARMS INC. Pursuant section 5 and clause 5.3(1)(b) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition of non-development use made pursuant section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) in respect of approximately fifteen decimal seven (15.7) acres of land, being Provincial Property No (formerly part of Provincial Property No ) located at Cascumpec, Lot 5, Prince County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by Ryan LeClair and Megan Hogan, both of Cascumpec, Prince Edward Island.

16 126 Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of a parcel of land of approximately zero decimal nine (0.9) acres, SUBJECT the subdivided parcel being consolidated with the adjacent Provincial Property No Further, Council determined that following subdivision, identification for nondevelopment use shall continue apply the remaining land.
