5 Terms & Conditions of TDIC ADVANTAGE card By becoming a TDIC ADVANTAGE card holder, you automatically become a part of the TDIC Loyalty program that offers its customers a rewarding and exciting experience Binding Effect: By using your TDIC ADVANTAGE card you are bound by the Terms & Conditions, as may be varied from time to time. TDIC reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions, or cancel the TDIC ADVANTAGE card, at its sole discretion and at any time; it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly by going to Membership: Only residents over the age of 18 of any TDIC residential owned/directly leased with TDIC property can be a member of the TDIC ADVANTAGE card (list of TDIC residential owned property eligible can be found on TDIC ADVANTAGE card privileges can be given to any Occupant (owned or directly leased with TDIC property) over the age of 18 living in any TDIC property, excluding housing staff such as housekeeper, nannies, drivers, gardeners etc. TDIC ADVANTAGE card must be presented with a valid photo identification card to use any of the card privileges. Any discount provider has the right to ask for a valid photo identification to verify your TDIC ADVANTAGE card. With regards to the tenants in TDIC properties; membership will automatically be terminated upon termination or expiration of the tenant s lease with TDIC. With regards to owners, TDIC ADVANTAGE card will be valid for as long as you own the property. In the case that you lease your owned property to a third party tenant, you may have the choice to transfer your Advantage Card to the tenant provided that you notify TDIC the transfer of ownership of the Advantage Card. In case of re-selling your property, the card will automatically be terminated. The discount offered at the St Regis Athletic Club is applicable on fitness centre membership only and does not apply to beach membership.
