The successful bidder shall have to pay 25% of the purchase amount (including earnest money) already paid, immediately on closure of the E-Auction Sale proceedings on the same day or next working day in the mode as stipulated in Clause 12 above. The balance 75% of the purchase price have to be paid within 15 days of acceptance/confirmation of sale. In default the earnest money or 25% of amount will be forfeited and the property shall forthwith sold again by the secured creditor. The defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claims to the property or to any part of the sum which may be subsequently sold. However, after 15 days the Authorized Officer reserves the discretion to extend the period of payment of 75% of amount on receipt of acceptable reasons in writing from such successful bidder. The EMD of unsuccessful bidder will be returned without any interest on closure of the e-auction. 15. The undersigned has the absolute right and discretion to accept or reject any bid or adjourn/postpone/cancel the sale or modify any terms and conditions of the sale without any prior notice and without assigning any reasons. 16. The property is sold in "As is Where is" and "As is What is" condition and the intending bidder should make discreet inquiries as regards statutory liabilities on the property of any authority besides the banks charges and should satisfy themselves about the title, extent, and quality of the property before submitting their bid. The purchaser shall bear the stamp duties charges including those of sale certificate registration charges, all statutory dues payable to Government, taxes and rates and outgoing both existing and future relating to the property. The entire sale consideration shall be exclusively available for appropriation towards the dues of the Bank and the sale certificate will be issued only in the name of successful bidder.
