The township owner shad within such period as the local authority may determine, fulfill his obligations In respect of the provision and the in&tadation of systems therefore, as well as the constructian of the roads and storm water drainage system as previously agreed upon between the township owner and the local authority. 1.5 ENDOWMENT The township owner shau, in terms of the provl&ions of Section 98(2) and (3) of the Town Planning and Townshlp11 Ordinance, 1986, pay to the local authority as endov.ment R which amount shall be used by the local authority for the provision of parks and I or open spaces. Such endowment shah be payable in terms of the provisions of section 81 of the said Ordinance read with tection 95 thereof. 1.6 ACCESS Ingress to the township and egre&s from the township shall be restricted to a single Ingress and egress point along Veldenia Street via erf ACCEPTANCE AND DISPOSAL OF STORM WATER The township owner shall, at it's cost. arrange for the drainage of the township to fit in with that of Veldenia street and for all storm water running or being diverted tom the mentioned road to be received and disposed of to the satisfaction ot the local authority. 1.8 REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES. If, by reason of the establishment of the township, It should become necessary to remove or replace any existing municipality services, the cost theregt shall be bame by the 1ownship owner. 1.9 DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES. The township owner shall at its own expense cause ad existing buildings and structures to be damoli&hed to the &atisfadion of the local authofily, when required by the local authority to do so. 2. CONDITIONS OF TITLE The erven shall be subject to the following conditions inposed by the local authority in terms of the provisions of the Town Planning and Township Ordinances 1988.

Die beglftiging is betaalbaar in terme van artikel81 van die genoemde Ordonnansie gelees met artikel95 daarvan.

In VeldeniaStraat via erf ONTVANGS EN VERSORGING VAN STORMWATER: Ole dorpseienaar moet die stormwater dreinering van die darp so reel dat dit in pas by die van Veldeniastreat en vir aile stormwater vanaf die gemelde pad daaroor beskik tot bevrediging van die plaaslike bestuur. 1.8 SLOPING VAN GESOUE OF STRUKTURE Die dorpseienaar moet op eie koste aile bastaande geboue en strukture laat sloop tot bevredlging van die plaasllke bestuur wanneer die plaaslike be&tuur dit verlang. 1.9 VERWYDERING OF VERVANGING VAN MUNISIPALE DIE.NSTE lndien dlt, as gevolg van die stigting van die dorp, nodig word om enige bestaande munislpale dienste te veiwyder of te vervang, most die koste daarvan deur die dorpseienaar gedra word. 2. TITELVOORWAARDES Die erwe is ondeiworpe aan die volgende voorwaardn, opgele deur die plaaslike bestuur ingevolge die bepalings van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Oorpe, 1986: 2.1 Aile erwe behalwe erf 152I(privaatptzd} (a) Die erf is ondeiworpe aan 'n serwituut, 2 meter breed, vir riolerings- en ander munisipale doeleindes, ten gunste van die plaaslike bestuur, langs enige twee grense; ultgesonderd 'n straatgrens en in die geval van 'n pypsteelerf, 'n addisionele serwituut vir munisipale doeleindes, 2 meter wyd oar die toegangsgedeelte van die erf, indien en wanneer vertang deur die plaashke bestuur: Met dien verstande dat die plaaslike bestuur van enige sodanige serwituut mag afslen. (b) Geen geboue of ander strukttn mag binne die voorgemelde set'wituutgebled opgerlg word nie en geen groatwortelbome mag blnne die gebied van sodanlge SBfWituut of binne 'n afstand van 2 meter daarvan geptant word nie. (e) Ole plaasllke bestuur is geregtig om enlge materiaal wat deur hom uitgegrawe word tydens die aanleg,onderhoud of verwydering van sodanlge rioolhoofpypleldings en ander wertce wat hy volgens goecldunke noodsaakllk ag, tydelik te plaas op die grond wat aan die voormalde serwltuut grens; en voorts is die plaslike bestuur geregtig tat redilke toegang tot genoemde grond vir die voormelde doel, oncle~wdrpe daaraan dat die plaasllke bestuur enlge skade vergoed wat geduurende die aanleg, onderhoud of verwydering var, sodanige rioolhoofpypleldings en ander wer1<e veruorsaak mag word. (d) Die erf mag nie sonder die voorafverkree geskrywe toestemming van die artikel 21 maatskapy, of die uinlversitas personafllm (huls eienaars vereenlglng) getransporteur word nie.
