The property at East 3rd Street, offers 21,004 buildable square feet. Development plans exist to demolish the vacant site and build a condominium tower w i t h a mix of two and three-bedroom units. A $10.2m mixed-use 14-story building at 128 West 26th Street, on the eastern edge of Chelsea.
