To aid in the discussion the following materials have been included as attachments: 1. A copy of a citywide map, the parcels that are highlighted in green are new projects that have been submitted since the adoption of the Tree Management and Protection Regulations (Ord 0-021) that became effective November 18, An excel spreadsheet, which includes a sampling of 7 projects that were submitted under the current tree regulations. The spreadsheet outlines the number of tree units that the project site was required to provide in accordance with the tree regulations and shows how many of the units were achieved through retention of trees and how many units were achieved through tree replacement. 3. Aerial photographs of each of the sampled project sites which show the predeveloped tree cover on each of the 7 sample project sites.. A memo from the Dean Koonts of Hough Beck & Baird dated May 1, 2008 outlining some observations on the current regulations and suggestions for possible revisions.
