1 TDR STUDY 2002 You have been selected to participate in an important study of TDR programs. The study will shed light on the status of TDR programs in the United States. This booklet contains several sections of questions and will take about 30 minutes to complete. Feel free to use all available space and to attach separate sheets to amplify your responses.
