3 MEET THE SPEAKERS Paul Jager, MOL Paul became an estate agent in 1985 and later owned a successful estate agents in London for 14 years. He joined MOL in 2004 and was soon after promoted to Head of the Property Division with responsibility for property training and the development of workbooks that support Propertymark Qualifications. Duncan Hall, Millbridge Systems Cyber Security Duncan has been designing and implementing innovative information management systems for several years. With the exponential growth in cyber-crime and the imminent introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations Duncan has been helping organisations understand the steps they should take to protect themselves. Tony Robinson, AR Krav Maga Tony served in the British Army for over 30 years reaching the rank of Captain, before deciding to leave the Forces to focus on teaching Self Defence. Tony now runs Norfolk s only authentic selfdefence school teaching Krav Maga. Robert Bolwell, Dutton Gregory Robert has been a partner in the firm since 1987 and is head of the Landlord and Tenant Department. Robert works on more complicated dilapidation and possession cases, advises a number of clients with large block management portfolios and provides property related advice on insolvencies. Ross McGowan, Homeflow Ross is the Commercial Director at Homeflow, the estate agency website specialists. Prior to Joining Homeflow in 2016 Ross spent 11 years at HomeAway, the leading portal for second home holiday rentals, where he worked his way to becoming the Director of European Business Development. James Munro, Trading Standards James is the Head of National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team (NTSEAT), which is the UK s Lead Enforcement Authority for estate agency work. James is a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner and was Chair of the Wales Branch of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute from 2013 to Allan Ross, SDL Auction Partners Allan is the Business Development Manager at SDL Auction Partners and has been in the property industry for 12 years. He has listed many properties for online auction and is now persuing a role behind the rostrum by competing in this year s NAVA Propertymark Novice Auctioneer of the Year.

4 Peter E Savage, ARLA Propertymark Peter s career as a property professional began over 30 years ago, during which he has covered every aspect of the lettings market. He has been actively involved with ARLA Propertymark and now in his second term as President is determined that with the announced move to full regulation, we play a major role in the creation and enforcement of the regulatory framework. Mark Bentley, NAEA Propertymark Mark is NAEA Propertymark President. He has been in estate agency for 41 years and a NAEA Propertymark member for 36 years. Mark has very recently stepped away from front line estate agency and a six-day working week to focus on his role as NAEA Propertymark President and to run his own small property and estate agency consultancy. David Cox, ARLA Propertymark David joined ARLA Propertymark, in 2014 bringing a sharply focused policy and stakeholder engagement perspective. David has worked alongside a diverse board of experienced practitioners from across the industry to campaign for mandatory regulation of the lettings industry, Client Money Protection and to raise professional standards. Mark Hayward, NAEA Propertymark Mark ran a UK-wide estate agency operation covering sales, lettings and property management. He was a director of a national financial services company. Mark has acted as a consultant to national and regional developers, housing associations, city funds and property companies large and small.
