The dwelling would be two main floors at basement and ground floor level with a wine cellar and plant room at lower ground floor level.

8 - Springfield Road KEY DETAILS: Project: Client: Location: No. of residential units: Description: 1 Springfield Road United Trust Bank Horsham, West Sussex 11 apartments The development comprises the conversion of offices (Class B1) (a) on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors into 11 self-contained residential units (Class 3) complete. The existing property is four storeys.
