1 425 EC EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ACT MINISTER OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT (CANADIAN NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM) WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA Pursuant to clause 10(a) of the Executive Council Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-12 Council authorized the Minister of Health and Wellness, as Minister Responsible for Health PEI, to enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada acting through the Public Health Agency of Canada, to set out terms and conditions for Prince Edward Island s continued participation in the Canadian Nosocomial Infection Surveillance Program effective from date of signing to March 31, 2018, such as more particularly described in the draft agreement and also, if applicable, authorized to sign three one-year extensions if requested to do so by Public Works and Government Services Canada, provided the terms and conditions of the agreement do not materially change. L-5 Council granted permission to Daniel Berard of Ste.- Beatrix, Quebec to acquire an interest in a land holding of approximately thirtythree (33) acres of land at Mount Albion, Lot 48, Queens County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Dean Hayden of Vernon, Prince Edward Island.

L-5 Council granted permission to Stefan Johnston and Cherie Cador, both of Victoria, British Columbia to acquire a land holding of approximately forty-seven (47) acres of land at Peters Road, Lot 63, Kings County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Pam Berry of Shepherdstown, West Virginia PROVIDED THAT the said real property is identified for non-development use pursuant to the Land Identification EC APPLICATION TO LEASE LAND P.E.I. INC. Pursuant to section 5 and clause 5.3(1)(b) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to P.E.I. Inc. of Lower Montague, Prince Edward Island to acquire, by lease, an interest in a land holding or land holdings of up to five hundred (500) acres of land as part of the said corporation's aggregate land holdings PROVIDED THAT the said P.E.I.
