1 Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (A Government of India Enterprise) SHORTLISTING OF INTERIOR ARCHITECTS I. Applications are invited from reputed and competent Interior Architects who are based in Chennai/Hyderabad/Secunderabad, or have branch office at Chennai/Hyderabad/Secunderabad, with sound technical capabilities and having experience in Interior Designing and other allied works for furnishing of our proposed office at Hyderabad. The scope of work is as follows; i. Interior Designing and furnishing of office space admeasuring approx 6000 sqft plinth area at Hyderabad including Civil and Interior works like floor/wall finishes, partitions, paneling, modular furniture & workstations, furniture, false ceiling, electrical, data/communication networking, air-conditioning, fire fighting, smoke detection and alarm system, as well as other allied works. The Scope also includes space planning, designing the interiors etc in line with modern office concept, including identifying the items of works to be carried out, estimation, preparation of drawings / tender documents, etc., and also assuming overall responsibility for supervision of interior & other allied relevant works for making the office functional. The selection criteria applicable shall be as under: a. The Architects should have rendered Interior Architectural consultancy services and successfully executed at least three projects of similar nature with project cost not less than Rs. 100 Lacs per project, during the last three years. This should be supported by certificates from the clients regarding satisfactory completion of the project. b. The Architect should be registered with Council of Architecture, New Delhi. Please submit proof for the same. c. The Architects should be either based or have branch office at Hyderabad/Secunderabad or Chennai. Please submit proof for the same.

2 II. Architects willing to enroll themselves are requested to send in their bio-data, giving details of similar jobs carried out, its value and time period taken for completion. III. Architects are requested to send in their completed application form together with all the relevant documents in a sealed envelope superscribed Shortlisting of Interior Architects for Hyderabad project within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement along with necessary documentary proof to: Sr. Manager Admin.-South No.-1, Ranganathan Gardens, Off 11 th Main Road, Anna Nagar (West), Chennai The last date of submitting the completed application form is BPCL also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever thereof. The decision taken by BPCL for shortlisting of the Architects shall be final and binding on all applicants. Architects who are shortlisted will be informed in writing by us and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. BPCL reserves the right to award the job in part or full for the scope of work mentioned above without assigning any reasons whatsoever thereof. The tender documents and the terms and conditions of appointment of the architects shall be issued to the shortlisted architects only, for making the final selection of the Architect
