2 Ann Hawes Leisure Coast Kitchens Ann has been designing kitchens for over 30 years. Beginning in 1987 at Home Clad Home Care, This is where Ann s passion for kitchens began. Working here for 12 months before leaving to build her own kitchen company The Kitchen Lady. After free lancing for just under two years Ann did a 3 day course with the H.I.A to become a Certified Kitchen Designer on the completion of her course Ann took a designer position at Belle-tone Kitchens, In 1999 after 10 years of designing at Belle-tone Ann made the move to Bulli Custom Cabinets working here for 4 years before deciding she would like to pursue her company designing kitchens under The Kitchen Lady. These plans would be sold to customers then taken to a joinery of their choice. Ann took up a position at New Interior Kitchens of which she worked for 3 years until the company closed, after the closure of New Interior Kitchens Ann began at Leisure Coast Kitchens 9 years ago and has been designing kitchens full time. 2

Caitlin explained that staff are paid on a base wage, as most of their money comes from commission staff use their product knowledge to get sales.
