3 Vesna Tours, the story so far Vesna Tours is a destination management company that provides world-class travel management services to and within India, UAE, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Qatar, Turkey, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Vesna caters to its clients from all over the world, primarily in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Head quartered in New-Delhi, India and with its International Representatives in the USA, Canada and the UK, we provide travel management services for education roadshows/fairs, Faculty-led Educational Study Tours, meetings, incentive, conferences, exhibitions and a wide range of uplifting cultural, artistic and spiritual travel experiences. The company which started with its loyal customers now works with above 300 Universities, Institutes and many corporate & leisure clients from around the world. The company is a significant partner to all large chains and stand alone hotels in the region, assuring that it contract amongst the best.

5 Mishkat Ahmad, Founder/CEO Vesna Tours, the Core team Playing various roles in the company from CEO, strategist, operations head as well as head of contracting, Mishkat is a seasoned C&I professional. He has an experience of nearly two decades in handling conferences, educational travel, fairs and exhibitions both in India and internationally. He has catered to industry leaders in the conference and meetings field and has been instrumental in building various conference divisions before setting up his own company. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Masters in Tourism.

6 Muskaan Gairola, Director Vesna Tours, the core team A Graduate in English literature and Travel & Tourism Management, Muskaan has about twelve years of work experience in travel and tourism specializing in the field of Education, Business and Corporate Travel. Before joining hands with Vesna, she has worked with some of the largest travel companies for many years. Her eye for detail and innate leadership qualities allow her to spearhead all major events undertaken by the company. Apart from Business Development & Generation, Muskaan also heads quality control, customer relations and team management for the company.

7 Reshma Naqvi, General Manager - Business Dev. Vesna Tours, the core team With over two decades of experience in leisure tourism, Reshma has recently joined Vesna Tours as General Manager Business Development. Globetrotting being her passion forced her into tourism earning a post graduate degree in Travel and Tourism. Being a thorough professional she understands a wayfarer s needs and expectations and always lived up to it. Working with some of the biggest DMCs in India, her entrepreneurial traits made her to join hands with Vesna to go one step further in realizing the dreams of voyager.

13 USA Kathy Pattison Kathy Pattison has had a long career as an admission professional with experience in developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet institutional goals for graduate business schools. She began her career in graduate admissions at the NYU Stern School of Business and has served as Assistant Dean for admissions and financial aid at Fordham University s MBA program, as well as Director of Admissions at The Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary. She is also an Educational Consultant and Tour Leader for The MBA Tour. She leads tours in East Asia and India. Kathy is responsible for all US sales for Vesna and her unique knowledge of the destinations ensure that she can train, plan and even lead tours for Vesna clients from anywhere in North America.

14 United Kingdom Philip Cooke Philip Cooke is the face of Vesna Tours in the UK. Philip is an international marketing, public relations and representation expert based in Gloucestershire, England. His academic achievements include an MBA in International Tourism Management, the London School of Journalism Diploma in Feature Writing and an international marketing scholarship at the Kellogg Management School, Northwestern University, Illinois. Philip has a strong background in education and international marketing and business development, journalism and PR, international representation and project management and he is also an External Examiner in International Tourism and Media at the London University of the Arts and a lecturer and writer in the field of tourism and urban regeneration.

15 Canada Billie Mullick Billie is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of service at Canada s third largest university. Following her employment stint she established her own company providing consulting services in Canadian Higher Education. With her interest in leisure & educational travel to Asia and the Middle East, Billie has the perfect experience that Vesna client look for in a representative. Originally from Mumbai, India, she has lived in the United States and Canada. Her solid understanding of the education and business environments in both India and North America as well as cultural nuances and service expectations has enabled her to assist her clients navigate complex situations and challenges at home and abroad. Billie looks after the growth and expansion of Vesna s business through Canada.

They are able to train the planner and answer questions that come up before the trip. They can also give presentations to students/parents and assist faculty with required information. They are available in the same time zones so as to assist with immediate queries. They can and do travel along with groups if required or arrange for FAM visits to our destinations for Management or Faculty.
