3 FOREWORD Based from the same vision to create a better living environment, Alima Studio was formed in June 2014, with 4 Architects as her founding father. Growing steadily with a passion in our hearts towards perfection, we provide answers to what our clients asked from us. To create an affordable and highly functioning architecture, for business, investments, and living. We see architecture as how we architects, solve a problem beautifully. We believe that our client s satisfaction is our number one priority, thus we utilize the latest technologies to further improve our designs. With this in mind, we seek to further develop our performance by endlessly learning and researching the world of architecture. All to provide a better solution for your needs.

4 DIRECTORS STUDIO DIRECTOR CONCEPT DIRECTOR PROJECT DIRECTOR DESIGN DIRECTOR Since he graduated from Tarumanegara, Michael joined a commercial architecture firm in Tangerang. Working on many commercial projects throughout Indonesia, he gained extensive experience in commercial and high rise building design. With his passion and team building skills, Michael sets to develop Alima Studio as Studio Director.. Since he graduated from Tarumanegara, Arnold joined an architecture consultant located in jakarta. He handled many residential and commercial project within the firm, earning vast experience in commercial design and concept. He then utilizes his skills in further developing Alima Studio as Concept Director. After graduation, Hendry joined an architecture consultant located in Jakarta. Earning vast knowledge with projects throughout the archipelago, Hendry managed commercial designs and high rise buildings as architect. Utilizing his well earned skills, He develops Alima Studio as Project Director. After He graduated, Michael liesmana joined an architecture consultant in Jakarta. He designed various high rise projects, broadening his knowledge In architecture design. Michael liesmana lead some interior projects with his brother Ricky Liesmana, where he learned In interior construction and details, making him a very Capable Design director for Alima Studio.

6 Our Design Method Story Every project have its own soul, the client s expectation, their background, their concerns and goals, our effort, and the overall process fills the project s soul. At the start of every project we always emphasize the importance of capturing what our clients seek from the project. Starting from their story we bring dreams to reality Research Research has always been the foundation of our work, after capturing our client s dreams we do our homework. Architecture is a world of endless learning, there are no boundaries to design and new technologies. Based on this, we always put research as the foundation to every project. Whether it s a new kind of function, new kind of design style, or projects we never handled before, we can always learn and complete the project. Implement After thorough studies and we then proceed with the design process, carefully applying the knowledge, client s aspirations, and our creativity to solve design and technical problems. Starting from sketches to construction drawings we make sure the projects are completed in time and on budget.
