1 EUROPEAN CIVIL AVIATION CONFERENCE ECAC/26(SP)-Report 05/12/02 TWENTY-SIXTH PLENARY SESSION (SPECIAL) OF ECAC (Paris, 27 November 2002) REPORT General 1. In accordance with the calendar of meetings established by the Coordinating Committee, the twenty-sixth Plenary Session (Special) of ECAC (ECAC/26(SP) was held in Paris on 27 November 2002, under the chairmanship of Mr. A. Roma, President of ECAC. The Secretary of the Session was Mr R. Benjamin, Executive Secretary of ECAC. 2. The list of participants is contained in. 3. The documentation considered by the Session is listed in Appendix 2. Agenda item 1: Adoption of the agenda 4. The Session approved the provisional agenda presented in WP/1. Agenda item 2: Admission of Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to ECAC 5. The President presented WP/2, in which the Special Plenary Session was invited to agree to the admission to ECAC of Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Having noted that a positive response in writing had been received from all ECAC Member States, the Session agreed by acclamation to accept the three candidate States, which were duly declared admitted to ECAC. 6. The President welcomed the delegations of Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He said that he and his colleagues were happy and proud to see the three States joining the ECAC family. 7. The heads of delegations of the three newly-admitted Member States thanked the Session for the admission of their countries, assuring their new colleagues that they fully shared and supported the aims and tasks of ECAC.
