BACKGROUND: In 2005 and 2006, Adams County received over 60 warranty deeds conveying property to the County for the Dupont Streets and Storm Sewer Improvement Project from E. 12nd Avenue to E. 80 th Avenue. As a procedural matter, the attached resolution will allow the County to accept the right-of-way dedications. AGENCIES, DEPARTMENTS OR OTHER OFFICES INVOLVED: Adams County Transportation Department, Office of the County Attorney and Adams County Board of County Commissioners. 3 Draft Resolution BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR ADAMS COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS CONVEYING PROPERTY TO ADAMS COUNTY FOR THE DUPONT-200S STREETS AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FROM E. 72 nd AVENUE TO E. 80 th AVENUE Resolution WHEREAS, Adams County has completed the Dupont Streets and Storm Sewer Improvement Project from E. nnd Avenue to E. 80 th Avenue ("Project") located within the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 2 South, Range 67 West of the 6 th Principal Meridan County of Adams State of Colorado; and, WHEREAS, in order to complete the Project, Adams County acquired property interests from a number of adjacent landowners; and, WHEREAS, Adams County wishes to formally accept the property acquired for the Project from the following persons and as recorded at the Adams County Clerk and Recorder's Office at the referenced Reception numbers: Persons or Entity Reception No. Karl Reed and Denise N orris-reed Richard L.
