5 "Simplicity and honesty" The international acknowledged designer and entrepreneur Niels Bendtsen (1943) is the son of a Danish furniture maker. In 1951 he emigrated with his parents to Canada, where he created his first furniture designs in his thirties. In 1981 he founded the Bensen company that successfully produces and markets his own designs. Bendtsen's eye for simplicity and honesty is clearly visible in the sofas he made for Linteloo. 7 "Complex technology New dining table by Roderick Vos resulted in a simple look!" Working intuitively with the use of sketches Dutch designer Roderick Vos' (1965) designs always have a very personal and original expression. His pursuit of products that tell their own story resulted in remarkable designs for Linteloo, like the circular Nureyev bookcase and the Popov table. 9 "Keep it simple" Less material to reveal it's strength and elegance. Bart Vos is a leading interior designer and architect. His studio in Groningen is responsible for major corporate designs as well as for projects for numerous private clients. After studying at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, Bart Vos designed the building for Maupertuus, which is owned by his family. He is also the creative director of this well-known Interior Design Center in Groningen. As a product designer he works for various Dutch design labels.
